Megan Pappas, MFTi

Welcome! Congratulations on beginning the first steps on your therapeutic journey. I believe in a holistic approach that incorporates the physical, emotional, mental, behavioral, and spiritual self. My approach is client-centered, incorporating a humanistic focus within a supportive therapeutic environment. I have experience working with adults, teens, individuals, families and couples on a variety of issues. In addition to my psychological training, I earned a Master’s from St. John’s College in 2010 where I focused on learning from the “Great Books” of Western culture. This educational background prepared me to speak to my clients about existential concerns that may come up in therapy.

My professional training, personal background and personality allow me to offer a non-judgmental and empathic professional relationship to help guide you to the path of greater emotional and mental health.

I completed a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My education and training are grounded in research-based approaches to help you reach your goals quickly and effectively.

I am motivated to help clients ease their suffering and I believe that the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is an important part of the healing process. I encourage you to contact me for an initial consultation where you can decide whether my therapeutic style and personality is the right match to help guide you on your next steps to reaching your personal goals.
