Virtual Counseling
Virtual Counseling | online therapy sessions are available to all residents of California, If you live in California, you are in luck! Love Therapy Center has been offering virtual counseling, therapy and coaching through an online platform since 2015. All services are HIPPA compliant (HIPPA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, a 1996 Federal law that restricts access to individuals’ private medical information), so you can rest assured, as long as you can find a private space, you can have confidential counseling and therapy sessions online.
Love Therapy Center is an exclusive, boutique practice and offers only the best therapists. No more need for long commutes and juggling time.
There are no real empirical studies out yet, but in our experience having been doing telehealth therapy since 2015, we can say with confidence (from over 10 years of offering online counseling and therapy through a virtual platform) that it is as effective as in person counseling and therapy. Even so, virtual counseling and online therapy isn’t for everyone. If this is you, we offer in person solutions so please mention this in your consultation.

About Me
Originally from the East Coast, I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston University initially as an engineer (I have a strong science / techy side) but quickly moved back to my passion and curiosity for the human condition, healing and growth. I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy, went on to complete my M.A. in Transpersonal/Spiritual Counseling Psychology at Sofia University in 2003, and after the required 3000 experience hours, received my CA state license in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008 (License #MFC45878). My curiosity and passion continues to drive my continued growth and expansion as a healing practitioner and I continue to train more, learn more and expand my professional capacity more and more year after year — as you can see from the extensive list of Credentials and Trainings. Founded in 2008, Love Therapy Center was born from my vision of a more integrative, experiential model of psychotherapy—one that combines talk therapy with mind-body-soul modalities. Founded in the Bay Area / San Francisco & Silicon Valley, we now operate out of San Diego and serve all of California! Our primary focus is on self-love and the integration of scientifically grounded, evidence-based healing in combination with metaphysical, less-understood ancient healing traditions.
